Suspiria (2018) US film directed by Luca Guadagnino, starring Dakota Johnson and Tilda Swinton Despite having a low threshold for horror, David & Claire delve into the realm of witch covens in these two films. Under the guise of running a dance school, these witches prey on young women to satisfy their dark desires...whatever those may be. Our unwitting protagonists find themselves the target of this coven, but we won't spoil the (quite different) endings here! In addition to the interesting ideas and visuals that both films incorporated into their designs, of particular note is the music. 1977's film was scored by the Italian progressive rock band Goblin, and 2018's by Thom Yorke of Radiohead. Both are impressive and create very different yet perfectly eerie atmospheres.
